Rate Schedule 2013

Weekly Rates* shown are per cottage per 7 consecutive day period. We take short term reservations with a 2 day minimum. Mid-week** and Weekend*** nightly rates/cottage are listed below. Also, daily housekeeping service is included in 2013 rates. This is a non-smoking property. Thank you! We ask for a refundable security deposit of $200 which you will get back if the cottage is left clean and there is no damage. Maine State Lodging tax for 2013 is 7%.

We welcome a single dog per cottage with its owner in designated Cottage (Birches only). Dogs are charged $10/day.

Additional guests (over 7 years old) sleeping on a hide-a-bed will be charged $15/day.

If you make your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your stay per written Oakland House policy.
