THE ACCOMMODATIONS:
Cottages have living rooms with real woodburning fireplaces, kitchens or kitchenettes, and full baths. They vary in style from log siding to clapboard to cedar shakes. The interiors vary as well. Some have open log rafters, others knotty pine paneling, others pickled pine boards. There are cottages with one or two bedrooms. The beds are all made up with clean linens provided. Many cottages have hide-a-bed sofas.
Children of all ages (0-100 years old) welcome. Non-smoking. No pets on premises, thank-you.
EXAMPLES - 20-day rental, rates vary from cottage to cottage depending upon size and ammenities, quoted rate does not include State Rentals Tax or the returnable security deposit of $200:
ONE-BEDROOM COTTAGE: Twenty days, $2100.00 plus 7% State Rentals Tax plus returnable security deposit of $200. This reflects a savings of $700.
TWO-BEDROOM COTTAGE: Twenty days, Rates range from $2,712.50 to $3,062.50, plus 7% State Rentals Tax plus returnable security deposit of $200. This reflects a savings of $904.17 and $1,020.83 respectively.
